Join Us as a Master Data Specialist

We're looking for a Master Data Specialist to help us manage and elevate our master data processes across the Nordic region.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining and optimizing product and pricing data in our ERP system, as well as Trade Systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely updates that support our operations and customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing master data for articles, packaging materials, and displays.
  • Ensuring product information is accurate across Nordic platforms like Tradesolution, Synkka, Validoo, and GS1 Trade.
  • Maintaining pricing structures including ICPs, standard prices, and list prices.
  • Collaborating with teams to integrate data from various sources.
  • Meeting deadlines and supporting initiatives in our Trade Window Process.
  • Updating master data reports to support internal functions.
  • Setting up new storage locations and vendors in our ERP system.
  • Conducting regular data audits and implementing quality improvements.
  • Supporting data migration and system upgrade projects.
  • Reporting packaging material data.

What We're Looking For:

We believe the right candidate combines technical expertise with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative mindset.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in master data management or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and data tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and a team-oriented approach.
  • Experience from working in SAP and various Trade Systems.
