The Role

Q Workforce AB is committed to delivering high-quality products and services that exceed customer expectations. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced, detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to strengthen our quality programs and ensure the highest standards across all projects. The QA/QC Manager will oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures. This role is considering both office and field work on company's projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures and QMS
  • Ensure corrective actions and preventive measures are completed effectively
  • Ensure all projects/products meet customer and regulatory requirements
  • Manage document control processes and maintain accurate quality records
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on QA/QC procedures
  • Lead investigation of non-conformances and implement root cause analysis
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure consistent application of quality standards. Ensure HSE compliance on-site and lead by example
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients regarding quality standards and expectations

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in supervising and managing production
  • Excellent knowledge of field operations, process engineering and manufacturing
  • Experience in management of teams with 50+ people
  • Operational experience with budgets and ERP systems
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management or similar
  • Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ASME, API, DNV, ISO)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in diverse teams under demanding conditions
  • Willingness to travel and work on project sites across regions
  • Proven field track from successfully completed projects
