We are looking for an expert in group accounting to join our domain expert team. You should have industry experience and a strong interest in developing digital tools. Our customers are facing the challenges of the future, and you will play a key role in ensuring that these challenges are met smoothly with our software.

About the Role:
You will be part of a team of domain experts based in Sweden. Our largest market is in Sweden, and your primary focus will be to support and develop this market. As one of the experts in the team, you will immediately begin working to take our current software to the next level. We are in an exciting phase of development, and you will be deeply involved in driving this work forward.

Together with your team, you will analyze industry needs and create future solutions based on those insights. The team also works closely with our other development teams.

Your Qualifications:
We are primarily looking for someone with experience in auditing or accounting, and group consolidation who is now ready to take the next step in their professional development.

To thrive in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Solid professional experience in auditing or accounting;
  • Work experience or a strong interest in group consolidation;
  • Experience working with digital tools in the accounting and financial closing process;
  • Experience or interest in learning programming;
  • An interest in developing efficient tools for the industry;
  • A university degree or vocational qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field;
  • Strong industry insights and a professional network;
  • Fluency in Swedish and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Your Competencies:
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have:

  • A mindset geared toward taking on new tasks and challenges;
  • The ability to focus on workflows and smooth processes, with a helicopter perspective;
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team;
  • The ability to communicate your knowledge in software development in a pedagogical way.
