The mission
The mission for Group Talent & Learning team is to enable the Atlas Copco Group to proactively attract and recruit diverse talent by building a strong Group employer brand. We develop and retain our people by transparently connecting jobs to skills to improve opportunity, enhance employee experience and create inclusive development opportunities. We future-proof our leaders for navigating change and we ensure organizational sustainability by embodying our values and behaviors and empowering our organization to do the same.

Your role
As a Senior Talent & Learning Professional within our team you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering impactful talent and learning initiatives across the Group. You will report to the Group VP Talent & Learning and collaborate closely with senior leaders, HR and L&D colleagues as well as external partners.
You will lead the planning and continuous improvement of Group Talent and Learning processes and programs. Your work will directly influence the development of our employees, ensuring an inclusive and purpose-driven employee experience.
You will preferably be located in Stockholm, Sweden although there may be flexibility dependent upon experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Support and enable the Group talent review process, partnering with HR and business leaders to contribute to building and maintaining a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Performance Enablement: Continuously evolve the performance enablement process, embedding critical skills and capabilities to drive individual and organizational growth.
- Internal mobility: Own and drive internal mobility and career development strategies in close partnership with the Group Talent Acqusition Professional, leveraging skills data to enable talent movement and unlock growth opportunities across the Group.
- Program Leadership: Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of Group Leadership programs and learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communications & Enablement: Promote talent and learning programs through engaging communications, including Share point pages, newsletters, and other digital resources.
To succeed, you will need
- Experience with talent management processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, or talent pipeline management.
- Proven experience in Talent, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development, ideally in a global context.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global reach.
