Sales Manager – Intralogistics Solutions

Stockholm or Gothenburg area in Sweden
Full-time | Permanent | Field-based with traveling
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven
Sales Manager
to join a growing team in the intralogistics sector. You'll be responsible for selling
manual and semi-automated warehouse solutions
, such as
vertical lifts and mobile racking systems
, to customers across Sweden.
This is a project-based, consultative sales role where you will manage the entire cycle – from identifying prospects and creating tailored proposals, to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Lead end-to-end sales processes for intralogistics projects
- Prepare customized proposals in collaboration with technical teams
- Actively contribute to commercial targets and overall sales strategy
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales performance
- Travel across the Stockholm–Gothenburg region (approx. 50–70%, flexible week to week)
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in
B2B sales
, ideally with
technical or project-based
solutions - Strong understanding of
warehouse or logistics processes - Hands-on and customer-focused, with a hunter mindset
- Fluent in
Swedish and English
(German is a bonus) - Based in Sweden with a valid driver's license
- Comfortable working independently, managing your own territory and clients
