About the role
As Team Lead Order Management, you will oversee and support the daily Order to Cash process across the Nordic markets while leading a committed team within Customer Service and Supply Chain. This is a hands-on Team Lead role where you work closely with the operation, ensuring smooth and timely order handling, accurate invoicing, claims management and efficient logistics in collaboration with our third-party logistics provider. You act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders such as Key Account Managers and play an important role in balancing daily priorities, solving challenges as they arise and securing a high-quality customer experience.
Alongside the daily execution, you will focus on creating clarity, structure and alignment in ways of working across the team and markets. This role suits a proactive and people-focused leader who enjoys combining operational work with process development and who wants to support a growing organization by creating structure, high performance and a positive team environment.
The position is a fulltime, permanent position and will be a part of the Supply Chain team based at the Nordic headquarter in Solna/Stockholm. The role is reporting to the Head of Supply Chain.

- Set clear areas of responsibility and expectations for each team member, ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently and on time.
- Proactively manage upcoming orders and maintain strong customer communication.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as case fill rate for finished goods and displays.
- Build, refine, and improve processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a bridge between teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to maintain alignment.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
- Take the lead on customer issues, ensure proactive communication and escalate when needed.
- Ensure processes are clear and that information/manuals are easily accessible.
- Prepare the team for the seasons, both internally and with external partners.
- Motivate, coach, and lead by example, demonstrating clear communication and structured work habits.
- Prepare and share regular progress reports with Head of Supply Chain, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Key Experiences & Qualities
We are looking for a confident and people-oriented leader who enjoys being close to the day-to-day business. You bring clarity, structure and a sense of calm, even when the pace is high, and you take initiative to ensure operations run smoothly while keeping the bigger picture in mind. With a collaborative and hands-on mindset, you support and guide the team in making informed decisions and navigating daily priorities in a constructive way.
You are motivated by improving how things are done and enjoy shaping routines and ways of working in a growing environment. Creating an atmosphere where people feel engaged, supported and able to do their best comes naturally to you. With curiosity and a proactive approach, you spot opportunities, turn ideas into practical actions and help drive continuous development for both the team and the business.
