Mellifiq is growing – we are now looking for a Part-Time Recruitment Assistant to join our head office in Stockholm.

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will support our HR department in various stages of the recruitment process. Your tasks will include candidate screening, conducting phone and personal interviews, reference checks, and ongoing administration. You will work closely with our recruitment team and use several digital tools and systems in your daily work.

We are looking for someone currently pursuing a university degree in Human Resources or another similar field. This is a part-time position of approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexible working hours to accommodate your studies.

The position is based on-site in Hägersten, Stockholm.

Candidate profile.

We believe that you are a doer and a problem solver. You are not afraid to take responsibility and ask questions. We are a digital organization, and you need to have a technical interest and knowledge of working with digital tools. We believe in learning by doing and personal development at work. There are good opportunities to develop both your own knowledge and your position in the company.

Qualifications

  • Ongoing university studies in Human Resources or another relevant field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Valid driver´s license
