We are seeking a
Senior Data Engineer
to join a BI & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be able to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design technical solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize data engineering pipelines for processing and transformation.
  • Lead the setup and management of
    Azure DevOps
    , including pipelines, releases, deployments, and configurations.
  • Develop and operate
    Databricks
    -based solutions for large-scale data processing.
  • Integrate AI models with systems and APIs.
  • Contribute to
    data modeling
    and
    business intelligence
    initiatives.
  • Actively collaborate with the team, maintaining transparency and engagement.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery.
  • Follow Agile practices throughout development and deployment processes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
  • Proven track record of implementing end-to-end data pipelines.
  • Strong expertise in
    Databricks development and operations.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL, Python, PySpark, and scripting.
  • 5+ years of experience in BI
    initiatives with solid data modeling skills.
  • Experience with
    API and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

-Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Ability to mentor and upskill team members.
  • Experience with
    automation and shell scripting.
  • Power BI experience
