Job Description
The Senior Shoe Designer is responsible for elevating brand product experience with a focus on Global Trends for Women. You will deliver and drive brand tools for various categories at brand. You can influence and inform the future of category look & feel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the fashion design team in selecting seasonal themes, mood boards, and inspirations aligned with each brand's DNA.
  • Ensure that products are in line with the business strategy.
  • Manage the entire design process, from concept to final styling.
  • Develop complete collections based on the approved color palette, mood board, and fabrics, and present them for validation.
  • Create pre-designs using CAD and technical sheets (Tech Packs).
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for the creation, review, and delivery of samples within established deadlines.
  • Negotiate prices and garment quality with suppliers.
  • Supervise photo shoots to ensure the collection is presented exactly as originally designed.
  • Support the stylist in selecting the appropriate combinations of garments and accessories.

Requisitos:

  • Proven experience in Woven fashion design, collection development, and management of the creative process.
  • Strong knowledge of trend research, fabric selection, color coordination, and garment construction techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital design tools (CAD) and preparation of technical sheets (Tech Packs).
  • Negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate collections, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Experience supervising photo shoots and coordinating with stylists.
  • Leadership, communication skills, and experience in team management.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and alignment with brand strategy and DNA.
  • Written and spoken English
