Creative Developer

Most Studios is looking for a Creative Developer to join our team full time in Stockholm. In this role, you will bridge design and technology, bringing digital concepts to life through refined interfaces, smooth interactions, and high quality front end craftsmanship. You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and product teams to build websites and experiences that are visually striking, fast, and delightful to use.

You will work across the full digital lifecycle, from early concept explorations to polished executions. Your work will ensure that our creative vision is implemented with precision, scalability, and performance in mind.

Beyond hands-on implementation, you'll also contribute as a technical advisor—helping guide strategic decisions about platforms, integrations, and architecture to deliver the best solutions for our clients.

You'll be joining a small, tight-knit team and working alongside a senior creative developer who's happy to collaborate, share knowledge, and support you when you need it.

What we are looking for

• A strong portfolio demonstrating modern front end development, animation, and interaction work
• Proven experience building websites with Webflow and Framer—not just using standard features, but bending them to your will with custom solutions
• Platform versatility beyond Webflow—experience with WordPress (headless and custom themes), HubSpot CMS, Framer, and headless solutions like Prismic, Sanity, or Contentful
• Experience with TypeScript, , and REST/GraphQL APIs for fully custom builds when projects call for it
• Understanding of how websites connect to the broader digital ecosystem, including third-party integrations like CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Interest in technical leadership—helping guide clients and internal teams toward the right platforms, tools, and architecture for each project
• Project management sensibilities—comfortable scoping work, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping things on track
• Strong Figma skills—you're comfortable navigating design files and collaborating directly with designers
• Hands-on experience with animation tools like GSAP, Lottie, Webflow Interactions, or custom CSS/JS animations
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development—you've moved past test phase into daily use
• A sharp eye for design and the taste to know when something feels off
• A problem-solver who's not afraid to ask for help when stuck
• Awareness of performance, accessibility, and best practices in front end engineering
• Experience working in a design agency or fast moving product environment
