We're looking for a
Retail Sales Execution Manager
who thrives on collaboration, loves solving challenges, and is eager to shape the shopping experience for our consumers.
What you'll do:
- Lead In-Store Excellence: Drive Oral-B sales execution across the Nordic region by ensuring products are available, well-merchandised, and easy to shop.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with retailers and internal/external sales teams to deliver superior sales fundamentals and create shopper-friendly displays.
- Be the In-Store Expert: Upskill the external sales force through training sessions, store visits, and hands-on support. Co-lead annual training and sales meetings while executing and tracking store-level pilots.
- Turn Insights into Action: Gather and present store-level insights, manage sample and material availability, and celebrate wins within the sales force.
- Innovate Tools & Processes: Maintain and improve in-store tools, prototype new solutions, and provide monthly tracker updates with actionable data analysis.
- Support Internal Teams: Lead upskilling in open sales practices and assist in customer meetings and workshops to strengthen execution strategies.

Job Qualifications
- Relationship Building: Proven experience in building strong relationships and fostering collaboration, preferably in a retail environment.
- Personal Leadership: Initiative to identify opportunities for simplifying and improving processes while making products available to shoppers. Leadership over own work.
- Excellent Execution: Attention to detail on a store-by-store level, critical for transforming in-store execution and focusing on the right opportunities.
- Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail landscape, managing short lead times and resolving issues under pressure.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively deliver your message
- Experience from retail, sales or FMCG environments with in-store focus are an advantage..
- Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Valid driving license.
