We are hiring Senior Solution Architectfor the position based in Lund, Sweden (Hybrid).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of integration solutions while managing and guiding a team of skilled integration developers. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex technical challenges, has a strong foundation in computer science, and brings an innovative, collaborative mindset.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 7–8 years of hands-on experience with Solution Architect, preferably within integration-focused environments.
  • Strong understanding of integration solutions and standards.
  • Hands-on development background, ideally with C#.
  • Experience working with Azure, particularly Azure Integration Services.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative delivery environments.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong ability to convert business requirements into technical designs and accurate effort estimates.
  • Ability to clearly translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Leadership capabilities with experience managing development teams.
