Social Media Manager – Project Assignment (50%)

On-site in Stockholm | Minimum 1-year project | Start: Immediately

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager for a long-term project assignment (part-time, 50%) with a minimum duration of 1 year. The role is on-site in Stockholm at our offices (Mariatorget & Stureplan) with a passionate and innovative team of 10 colleagues, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for taking our digital presence to the next level, managing the full content process from idea to final product. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets structure, and where you will get the opportunity to shape the voice and visual identity of a growing international brand in the aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end content creation: idea, scripting, direction, props, filming, editing, publishing
  • Film and edit videos (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva)
  • Photography and basic lighting/camera setup for high-quality content
  • Produce Reels and short-form videos with strong creativity and storytelling
  • Manage and publish across multiple platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Threads
  • Conduct trend and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
  • Website administration and updates
  • Organize content calendars and manage asset storage in Dropbox
  • Track performance with Google Analytics and optimize strategies for growth

Requirements

  • Relevant education in marketing, media production, communications, or similar field
  • Documented experience in social media management and content production
  • Strong skills in SEO and graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Swedish is a plus)
