Att jobba som Chef Data Platform

Vill du leda SBAB:s resa mot en modern, datadriven framtid? Som Chef Data Platform får du en nyckelroll i att driva vår strategiska molnförflyttning till AWS och samtidigt förvalta vårt befintliga datavaruhus on-prem. Du ansvarar för att leda ett eller flera team med totalt 8–12 dataexperter (arkitekter, utvecklare m.fl.)

I rollen ingår ansvar för budget, resursplanering och den strategiska riktningen för plattformen. Du följer upp, analyserar och kvalitetssäkrar projekt och aktiviteter samt driver avdelningens molnförflyttning och implementerar förbättringsinitiativ. Du ansvarar för att plattformen är stabil och trygg samt arbetar kontinuerligt med att utveckla avdelningens arbetssätt inom datamodellering. Du blir en del av ledningsgruppen för Data & Analytics och rapporterar till avdelningschefen. Tillsammans leder vi arbetet enligt SBAB:s värderingar och med fokus på innovation och kundnytta.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har erfarenhet av att leda team inom data- och plattformsområdet. Du har en teknisk bakgrund och har arbetat med on-prem datavaruhus samt drivit molntransformationer. Vidare har du god förståelse för informationssäkerhet och drift. Du är en naturlig ledare som är van att rekrytera och leda dataexperter samt skapa engagemang i teamet. Troligen har du en akademisk utbildning inom ett relevant område.
