Your role
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers make the most of our innovative platform. Your role is not just about understanding our customers and their needs but also about communicating how our platform can enhance these processes. You'll be key in engaging, educating, and inspiring users to fully leverage our technology.

Who You Are

  • Socially and educationally adept. You excel in communicating ideas and concepts simply and persuasively, helping users understand and embrace our platform's potential.
  • Service-oriented. With a positive, pedagogical approach, you ignite enthusiasm in customers, guiding them through their projects and inspiring further applications of our platform.
  • Technologically savvy. You are a quick learner when it comes to using technology, and usually catch on to new systems and ways of working quickly.
  • Perceptive and curious. You are interested in our customers businesses, and quickly understand new processes and workflows. You will be collaborating with experts in their fields to extract essential information leading to the most value creating implementation.

  • Facilitating integration. Leverage your understanding of the capabilities of AI and our platform, in order to help organizations seamlessly integrate it into their day.
  • Cultivating enthusiasm. Create excitement around projects, motivating users to explore new applications of our platform.
  • Process Analysis. Deeply understand diverse business processes to identify and implement efficiency opportunities.
