We're fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand, the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind, we're now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.

About the Role

As we expand our business, we find ourselves in need of a System Technician for Google Workspace and CRM, who will help drive our future journey within the Instabee Tech Ops organization.

Reporting to our IT Manager, you will work alongside peers who share the same goal: the continued improvement and efficiency of the TechOps organization. You will facilitate growth and learning, adapting a hands-on approach when necessary, but also knowing when to empower and get out of the way.

Some of the things you will do:

Help out on a global level by assessing the needs of Instabee and putting effective solutions in place, driving continuous improvement of our platforms.

Administer, develop, configure, and support IT- and Business applications with a focus on Google Workspace and CRM, amongst other systems.

Design, implement, and improve automation for Instabee's tech platforms and best practices.

Provide system administration, configuration, and support on a global level and implement solutions both globally and locally across all Instabee markets.

Help set up ways-of-working and best practices in close collaboration with the local teams.

Support and guide our local Instabee teams and assist in cross-team collaboration and communication.

Proactively identify and work to resolve problems in our fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

In order to be successful in this role, we believe that you are motivated by solving complex problems and delivering business value efficiently. Your references will highlight your ability to motivate those around you intrinsically, communicate effectively, and always keep the end goal in sight, while looking at the big picture and zooming in on the details.

Skills and Experience:

At least 4 years of experience working with Google Workspace in an agile and high-paced environment.

3+ years of knowledge and experience as a CRM Administrator

Experience in IT support.

Experience with advanced UI & workflows.

Analytical skills and a strong ability to solve problems.

The ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively.

Experience from handling several markets (global or multi-region).

Experience working in a fast-growing company organization with high levels of ambiguity and flat hierarchy structures.

The Cherry on Top (Nice-to-haves):

Experience in scripting (e.g., Java, Powershell, Google Apps Script).

You're great at making others shine and intrinsically motivating others.

Experience with Slack.

Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Experience utilizing Jira Service Management.

Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.

The Tech Ops Team is part of Foundation department, acting as the backbone of Instabee's rapid growth. We are a crucial enabler of efficiency and global expansion, focusing on scaling our internal systems, infrastructure, and technology that keeps the business running.

The Foundation department consists of three specialized teams: IT (where you will sit), Terminal Tech, and Hardware R&D.

We are a highly international and impactful team of 15 people (13 in Sweden, 1 in the Netherlands, and 1 in Finland).
