Consulting Associate Director- Cloud Transformation

As an Associate Director, you will lead complex cloud transformations, leveraging our proprietary frameworks and unique access to enterprise data and analyst expertise to help clients make the right technology choices and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will leverage your understanding of cloud architectures and emerging technologies to shape transformation journeys, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Cloud Advisory: Partner with senior stakeholders to define cloud vision, strategy, and transformation roadmaps that support business growth, agility, and resilience.
· Cloud Value Realization: Identify opportunities for cost optimization, scalability, and competitive differentiation through effective cloud utilization and modernization.
· Transformation Leadership: Lead cloud readiness assessments, business case development, and executive workshops to build consensus and drive change across business and IT functions.
· Program Oversight: Manage cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with governance, security, compliance, and financial management standards.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex cloud concepts in clear, business-focused language to facilitate decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
· Continuous Improvement: Monitor cloud adoption metrics, provide actionable insights, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Required Experience & Skills:
· Fluent in both Swedish & English
· Demonstrated experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or cloud strategy roles.
· Ability to translate business requirements into actionable cloud strategies and solutions, leveraging knowledge of service and deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS; public, private, hybrid).
· Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their strategic capabilities, as well as the current trends and best practices.
· Understanding of cloud governance, security, compliance, and risk management principles.
· Experience leading cloud projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and adaptability to evolving client needs.
· Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with cloud reference architectures, cloud landing zones, and modern application delivery models (containerization, serverless, microservices).
· Knowledge of data integration and migration strategies to support seamless transformation.
· Relevant cloud certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
