digitize and automate the appraisers' process
for valuing collateral assets across
agriculture, corporate portfolios, and retail customers

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement
    scalable PEGA solutions
    aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain
    robust integrations
    (REST, SOAP, Kafka).
  • Implement
    secure integration endpoints
    with the right authentication mechanisms.
  • Manage and transform data efficiently using
    Data Pages
    and
    Data Transforms
    .
  • Configure and optimize
    core Pega components
    — Case Types, Workflows, Decision Rules, and more.
  • Ensure all development complies with
    Pega Guardrails
    and best practices.

What You Bring

  • Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
    – required.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing
    Pega-based solutions
    .

Nice to Have

  • Experience mentoring and providing
    technical leadership
    to junior developers.
  • Strong understanding of
    Agile/Scrum
    methodologies.
