to join a strategic program within a leading financial institution in Stockholm. This role focuses on scaling credit risk models and frameworks for capital calculation, offering deep exposure to regulatory analytics and enterprise-level solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect high-scale backend systems focused on performance, availability, and resilience
  • Define best practices for APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
  • Lead cloud-native implementations (Azure preferred) and modernization initiatives
  • Guide engineering teams on backend integration, security, and compliance
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive platform scalability


Candidate Profile

  • Over a decade of hands-on experience in backend development, with 3+ years leading architectural strategy and technical direction
  • Deep proficiency in backend technologies including .NET (C#), Java, and
  • Proven track record in architecting cloud-native solutions on Azure or GCP, with strong command of event-driven platforms like Kafka and Solace
  • Skilled in designing scalable systems using SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis caching, robust API frameworks, and CI/CD automation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business stakeholders


Preferred Skills

  • eCommerce and headless commerce experience
  • Familiarity with observability tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
