We're now looking for a parental leave cover to join our support team in Uppsala – a place where you'll grow, laugh and develop together with great colleagues.

About the role

As part of our support team, you'll be a key player for both our customers and our internal organisation. No two days are the same – sometimes you'll help customers get an installation up and running, sometimes you'll test new versions of our products, and sometimes you'll support our sales team in their processes. You'll also be in contact with our colleagues in the US, Korea and Japan.

Your responsibilities

You will, among other things:

  • Handle orders and deliveries
  • Troubleshoot customers' implementations and installations
  • Find the right solution for each customer
  • Support the company's sales team in their sales processes
  • Assist in testing new versions of our products

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience with Linux, iOS and/or Android
  • To be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It's a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with additional programming languages
  • Other languages besides Swedish and English

Other information

Location: Central Uppsala, right by the Fyrisån river

Working hours: Varying shifts between 08:00–22:00 (Mon–Fri)

Start date: As soon as possible, with respect to notice period

Scope: Full-time, one-year parental leave cover with the possibility of extension
