Senior Analytics Engineer – Video & Scene Intelligence

We are looking for a
Senior Analytics Engineer
to join an advanced analytics and AI team working on next-generation video-based intelligence systems. You'll play a key role in developing
intelligent scene representations
,
semantic data models
, and
multi-source data fusion
frameworks that enable real-time insights from visual and sensor data.

In this role, you will design and implement analytical systems that interpret complex visual environments — combining software engineering, data modeling, and computer vision expertise to create innovative, high-performance solutions used in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop intelligent scene understanding systems and semantic data structures.
  • Integrate and fuse data from multiple sources (e.g., video, sensor, and spatial data).
  • Lead the full software development lifecycle — from concept and design to deployment.
  • Optimize performance and ensure robustness in real-time analytical systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts.

Qualifications

  • Strong programming experience in
    Python
    and
    C++
    .
  • Proven background in
    computer vision
    ,
    video analysis
    , or related AI domains.
  • Experience with
    real-time analytics
    ,
    data fusion
    , and
    scene understanding
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    software architecture
    ,
    algorithm design
    , and
    performance optimization
    .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience mentoring or leading small teams.
  • Familiarity with multimodal data (e.g., video, LiDAR, sensor).
  • Prior experience in safety, security, or operational analytics domains.
