General Manager - Comfort Hotel Kista

Comfort Hotel Kista is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive our hotel to new heights of success. You will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, and achieving financial performance goals. What you'll do:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the hotel and all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve profitability targets
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and empowering the team to achieve their full potential
  • Uphold brand standards and be a passionate advocate for Comfort's values

This is a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon.
