Period: Long term contract

After a successful probationary test, the first contract is up to 1 year minimum with a possible offer of a long-term contract.

No of hours per week:

Minimum 48 hours per week. Work is planned at present to:

Milking , Calf care then free time until calf care, milking Wednesday to Monday, Tuesdays off.

Pay per hour:

Euro 15 per hour

Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% - depending on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from the country of resident rules apply.

Qualifications:

Overall assessment of positive details such as:

• Communicative English or Polish
• Driver licence B is a plus
• If the candidate come with their own car is a plus
• Experience in milk farming, cows and calves
• Positive to teamwork
• Positive to physical work
• Having a good health condition

Thought candidate Profile:

A candidate man or woman with experience with milk farming, and handling cows and calves.

Selection process:

Assessment is done first from a CV with a possible online interview to select a candidate.

Upon approval, the candidate must sign a probationary agreement valid for the first 14 days of the trial period. If the candidate is approved after this period, they will then sign a contract for the remaining time as a self-employed individual under the Swedish model. Test hours will be compensated at a rate of €13 per hour for any loss of time associated with the testing process.

Please note that the 14-day test period does not apply to candidates who are current or former residents of Sweden. In such cases, arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis, which may include a short unpaid test upon arrival.

Task:

Dealing with the milking process and handling mainly cows and calves.

The ultimate client:

Well-established family farm with current staff from Sweden and Poland.

Accommodation:

Accommodation follows partner agency's minimum standards including WIFI available. Individual bedrooms and shared kitchen and toilets.

The accommodation is on the farm with its own two rooms, kitchen and toilet.

Bed cloth NOT PROVIDED by client.

Work clothes PROVIDED by the client
