Are you a commercially driven marketing and sales professional who can set the direction and execute Arla's Milk-Based Beverages (MBB) ambition in Sweden? Join us to plan and deliver our ready-to-drink (RTD) strategy for the iconic brands Starbucks and Pucko in Sweden, combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution to create measurable results.

 

How you will make an impact

In this role, you will lead brand and trade marketing for Starbucks and Pucko RTD products in Sweden, translating market, category and brand strategies into annual plans and best-in-class execution in-store and across channels. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams and global stakeholders to ensure locally relevant, high-impact campaigns and initiatives.

  • Develop the annual business plan aligned to market, category and brand strategy/KPIs and lead end-to-end execution.
  • Own channel strategy and drive perfect store execution, securing best-in-class shelf placement, secondary displays and cooler presence.
  • Maximise promotional efficiency and lead selected net revenue management initiatives to balance growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with global brand teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are locally relevant and efficiently executed.
  • Drive brand expansion and portfolio performance across Starbucks and Pucko RTD, delivering concrete business results.

The role sits within the MBB team and reports to the MBB Commercial Director (Europe). You will be based at our Arla Sweden office in Solna, working closely with the Swedish Marketing and Sales teams as well as global colleagues.

You use strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships, manage complexity and influence internal and external teams; you value collaboration but aren't afraid to challenge to deliver the best outcome. Experience with beverages and impulse categories is an advantage.
