Your role

We are in search of an Executive Assistant for a 13-month maternity cover, starting April 2026, to join our dynamic team and support our Business Area President, Controller and HR in Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Business Area. You will report to the Industrial Technique Business Area President.

As our Executive Assistant, you will help enable our managers to focus on their core responsibilities and your responsibilities will include: 

  • Coordinating and supporting business area events such as global meetings, summits and conferences. 
  • Assist with our People Development programs, particularly when groups visit Sweden. This includes tasks such as booking hotels, conference rooms, transportation, sending invitations, food & beverage reservations, events, gifts, and providing onsite support during the program.  
  • Arrange internal and external visits, meetings, and conferences. 
  • Manage the annual calendar and structure for the business area management team.  
  • Collaborate with Divisional Assistants in Sweden, Germany and France. 
  • Handle travel and calendar administration, such as scheduling recurring meetings, planning and booking trips, submitting expense reports, and managing visa administration. 
To succeed, you will need
  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Used to working with multiple stakeholders, are service minded, curious, and approachable with willingness to challenge.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail and abilities to create order when there is not, you identify ways to streamline workflows.
  • Adaptable in handling different tasks and possess time management skills to ensure efficient operations and explore available digital tools and systems. 
  • Comfortable to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You build trusting relationships and communicate fluently in English

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our HQ in Sickla, Sweden.
