More About The Role And Team
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our global marketing team on a 1 year fixed term position. This is a hands-on role supporting digital campaigns and performance reporting across paid ads and email marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider Marketing team, Creative and E‑commerce teams to help execute digital strategy and drive acquisition and retention.

What We Are Looking For
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day campaign operations, content scheduling, basic optimisation and reporting. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Upload ad content to all channels, including Meta ads manager, TikTok, Google ads etc.
  • Support in planning and updating the digital marketing calendar.
  • Support in creating creative briefs, with right formats for the right channel.
  • Feed back performance results and create improvement suggestions.
  • Set up email marketing send-outs with links, images and copy, including automated flows and broadcasted newsletters within the CRM system Ometria.
  • Comfortable working deeply with details for extended periods, while also able to step back, see the bigger picture, and proactively suggest improvements.

We seek people with most of the following:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent within relevant field such as business, communication, marketing or similar.
  • Organised and proactive; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable with data and comfortable producing concise reports; preferred to have had experience with Excel.
  • Creative mindset with an appreciation for visual content and brand building within a fashion context.
  • Team player who is open to feedback, keen to learn and able to collaborate across functions.
