Brizo är en innovativ 3PL-leverantör som inte bara erbjuder traditionella logistiklösningar, utan även marknadsledande och helt emissionsfria premiumtjänster med samma dag- och en-timmesleveranser. Nu söker vi dig som vill bli en nyckelspelare i vårt växande Customer Support och lager-team och säkerställa att våra kunder får en förstklassig serviceupplevelse.

Arbetsuppgifter: 

  • Plocka och packa e-handelorders på lagret.
  • Hantera inkommande ärenden via e-post, telefon och chatt.
  • Proaktivt lösa kunders frågor och problem på ett effektivt och positivt sätt.
  • Samarbeta nära med övriga team inom Brizo för att säkerställa smidig kommunikation och snabba lösningar.
  • Uppdatera kunder kring status på leveranser, orderhantering och andra logistikrelaterade frågor.
  • Bidra med feedback och förbättringsförslag för att utveckla Brizos kundsupportprocesser.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har tidigare erfarenhet av kundtjänst eller support, gärna inom logistik eller e-handel.
  • Är kommunikativ, engagerad och lösningsorienterad.
  • Trivs i ett högt tempo och är bra på att prioritera arbetsuppgifter.
  • Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.
  • Tycker om att arbeta i team men kan också ta egna initiativ och arbeta självständigt.
  • Har möjlighet att jobba på plats i Stockholm city.
