Country Manager, Sweden

In this role, you'll lead and grow all marketing activities in the Swedish market - driving revenue, strengthening our brand and engaging both new and existing customers. You'll own budgets, forecasts and targets, shape strategies that support Coolbet's direction, stay on top of market trends and proactively recommend actions to boost performance. The scope includes the overall presentation of our brand, products and customer experience in Sweden, supported by our international Marketing team acting as an in-house agency across branding, design, digital advertising, CRM, loyalty, strategic operations and IT. • Developing and owning the Swedish market strategy, defining positioning and messaging, and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Planning and executing localized multi-channel campaigns and ensuring all activities resonate with Swedish audiences.
• Collaborating with central teams to deliver integrated initiatives while monitoring trends, competitors and consumer behavior.
• Building and enhancing brand equity, ensuring consistent tone and storytelling, and leading creative briefs and campaign ideation.
• Managing the Swedish marketing team or agency partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Owning and optimizing the marketing budget, forecasting needs and ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Ensuring all marketing activities comply with Swedish regulations and staying updated on local advertising guidelines.
• Setting KPIs, tracking performance, analyzing results and reporting progress to senior leadership.

• You have 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role, supported by a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Experience in the gambling/iGaming industry is essential.
• A track-record in managing a national or market-specific marketing strategy. Deep understanding of the Swedish market, consumer behavior, and media landscape.
• Experience with marketing budgeting, forecasting, and ROI optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, social, affiliates, CRM, and content.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders partnered with advanced leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with a creative, hands-on, and proactive approach, and confidence to work independently.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
