As part of our continued expansion, we are now establishing a stronger presence in Sweden and looking for a Country Manager to lead this journey.

The Role

As Country Manager Sweden, you will take full responsibility for developing CoE Group's business in Sweden.

Your mission is to drive growth towards clear targets, build the local organization, and establish and strengthen relationships with customers in the Swedish market.

You will be part of the CoE management team, reporting directly to the CEO, and work closely with business leaders in Finland.

This is a strategic and operational role for a person who thrives on both sales and entrepreneurship.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CoE Group's growth strategy for Sweden.
  • Identify, approach and win new customers within energy, process, defense and industrial sectors.
  • Build and lead a local engineering and consulting team.
  • Ensure long-term customer relationships and high delivery quality.
  • Manage P&L and represent CoE Group in Sweden.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finnish organisation to leverage technical competence and project capabilities.

Your Profile

You are a sales-oriented, entrepreneurial leader with strong experience in engineering, industrial solutions or technical consulting.

You combine commercial drive with leadership capability and the ambition to build something new.

Experience and competence

  • Proven success in sales, business development and key account management.
  • Experience from establishing or growing a business in Sweden.
  • Understanding of energy, process, manufacturing or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (Finnish is an advantage).
  • Relevant education in electrical engineering or a similar technical field.

  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with high energy and ownership.
  • Customer-focused, commercially sharp and strategic yet hands-on.
  • Collaborative and value-driven, aligned with CoE's Nordic culture.
