About the Role

We are seeking an
experienced
and
strategic Channel Sales Manager (CSM)
to join our Sales team in Lund, Sweden.

In this key role, you will be responsible for
winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relationships with channel partners across EMEA
.

You will represent the
TeamTablet Flex
family of products and services, driving partner engagement and sales growth in line with our business goals.

The
TeamTablet Flex
is an appliance that upgrades large format touch displays to collaboration boards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively recruit, qualify, and onboard new channel partners.
  • Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel within assigned partner accounts and territories.
  • Lead joint partner planning processes, setting mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and key milestones.
  • Drive sales through partner organizations to end users, coordinating with partner sales teams.
  • Ensure company resources—including support, service, and management—are aligned to meet partner and customer needs.
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and ensure adherence to rules of engagement.
  • Continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner needs to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure partner compliance with agreements and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales within a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Existing network of partner relationships within EMEA preferred.
  • PC proficiency, with good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
