We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Subject Matter Expert to lead the design and implementation of AvePoint solutions within our Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in deploying AvePoint for data governance, migration, and backup along with knowledge on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AvePoint solutions for Microsoft 365 environments, including migration, backup, and governance.

Assess current infrastructure and develop a roadmap for AvePoint integration.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

Configure and optimize AvePoint tools for SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

Enable required network connections between AvePoint and M365 with Firewall rules.

Integrate M365 with Avepoint tenant, configure required policies for backup and retention

Provide technical leadership during deployment, testing, and go-live phases.

Develop documentation, best practices, and training for IT teams and end-users.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AvePoint and Microsoft 365 integration.

Required Skills ExperienceHands-on experience with AvePoint products (Cloud Backup, Migration, Governance).

Proven experience as a Microsoft Architect or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online).

Expertise in Azure Active Directory, security, and compliance frameworks.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Experience in large-scale migration projects using AvePoint.

Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
