We are looking for a highly skilled
Expert Business Controller
with strong experience in
SAP/ERP implementation
and deep understanding of financial processes. In this assignment, you will play a key role in ensuring that financial requirements are accurately captured, translated, validated, and embedded into the SAP solution landscape. The role demands analytical sharpness, strong stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to operate confidently in complex, technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the
    SAP implementation project
    by ensuring financial processes, reporting needs, and controlling requirements are fully captured and accurately reflected in the system design.
  • Quickly gain an understanding of current ways of working and translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for the implementation team.
  • Act as a bridge between business controllers and technical teams — providing input, clarifying expectations, and validating proposed solutions.
  • Lead or support activities related to
    testing, validation, and calibration
    , ensuring financial data integrity and compliance with existing frameworks.
  • Identify challenges and propose improvements, best practices, and enhancements to enable efficient financial reporting and process flows.
  • Support adjustments to financial structures within SAP to ensure consistent, reliable, and scalable reporting capabilities.

Required Experience & Competence

  • Proven experience in
    SAP implementation projects
    (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
  • Solid understanding of
    financial processes
    , accounting principles, and controlling frameworks.
  • 7+ years of experience in
    Business Controlling
    , Finance Operations, or Financial Process Transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex environments, collaborating with cross-functional and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret, validate, and challenge financial and technical information.
