About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you will be a key player in our outreach efforts. Your primary responsibility will be scheduling meetings with potential and existing clients, helping us expand our investor base and improve our service. You should be comfortable making cold calls to generate new leads and skilled at managing warm leads to ensure ongoing engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential clients to generate new leads
• Engage with warm leads, schedule meetings, and nurture existing relationships
• Collaborate closely with senior advisors to prepare for client meetings
• Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities
• Assist with presentation and client material preparation as needed

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in telemarketing in the Swedish financial industry
• Strong track record of sales
• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented in reaching out to clients
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ambition to transition into a client advisor role in the future
• Fluent in Swedish and English is a must
