Appointment setter

We're looking for a driven, hungry appointment setter who can take ownership of both sides of our process:
- B2B: Call real estate agencies, book demos, and close them as new Nordreach clients.
- B2C: Once onboarded, call warm leads on behalf of our clients to book property valuations and viewings.
What we're looking for
- A competitive and ambitious person who enjoys talking to people and hearing "no" without backing down.
- Coachability — you're open to feedback and hungry to learn how to sell effectively.
- Consistency — we expect at least 1 hour a day of focused calling
- Strong Swedish and English.
- Self-motivation — no one will micromanage you, but we'll give you all the tools and guidance you need.
