We're looking for a driven, hungry appointment setter who can take ownership of both sides of our process:

  • B2B: Call real estate agencies, book demos, and close them as new Nordreach clients.
  • B2C: Once onboarded, call warm leads on behalf of our clients to book property valuations and viewings.

What we're looking for

  • A competitive and ambitious person who enjoys talking to people and hearing "no" without backing down.
  • Coachability — you're open to feedback and hungry to learn how to sell effectively.
  • Consistency — we expect at least 1 hour a day of focused calling
  • Strong Swedish and English.
  • Self-motivation — no one will micromanage you, but we'll give you all the tools and guidance you need.
