Test Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Test Coordinator to support the end-to-end testing lifecycle for a large-scale Facility Management SaaS implementation. The role involves coordinating multiple test phases across a global rollout, ensuring structured execution and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain detailed test plans, schedules, and readiness activities.
- Coordinate testing across functional, technical, integration, and business streams.
- Ensure test environments, user access, test data, and tools are ready for each phase.
- Support creation and maintenance of test scripts aligned with requirements.
- Facilitate defect triage sessions and track resolution progress.
- Maintain documentation: test cases, execution logs, traceability matrices, and defect records.
- Provide test status updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–6 years in software testing or quality coordination.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing processes (ST, SIT, FAT, UAT).
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, ALM).
- Experience with enterprise-scale systems (ERP, SAP preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multi-phase testing and defect management.
- Familiarity with CAFM / IWMS solutions is a plus.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.
