A leading global digital entertainment company is seeking a
Commercial Director for North America
to lead and grow its commercial operations across the region. Reporting directly to the CCO, this senior role combines strategic leadership, hands-on sales execution, client relationship management, and team development to deliver ambitious revenue and market expansion targets.

The role
can initially be based at the company's global headquarters in Stockholm, with frequent travel to the US East Coast.
Relocation
to the US within 12 months is required.

The Opportunity

This is a high-visibility role where you, together with the CCO, will shape the North American commercial strategy and drive execution. You will:

  • Take a hands-on approach to revenue growth, building strong sales cases and actively pursuing opportunities with both existing and new accounts.
  • Develop deep relationships with all key decision-makers, understand their needs, and show the value of our solutions.
  • Lead, inspire, and calibrate a regional commercial team of approximately 25 people, ensuring strong follow-up, performance, and results-driven execution.
  • Oversee sales, integration, and support functions within the team, ensuring processes are efficient and results-focused.
  • Analyze client engagement and uncover root causes behind challenges, making data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, building credibility and thought leadership.

Who We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of commercial/sales experience in online gaming, digital entertainment, or a related B2B sector is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive growth, manage major accounts, and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing, results-driven teams.
  • Strategic, analytical, and hands-on, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and relocate to the US (East Coast) within 12 months.
