Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in either Gothenburg or Stockholm. In this role, you will work with customers primarily within the public sector. As a Project Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers get the most out of our products by guiding them through the onboarding process. Your goal is to make sure our customers effectively adopt and use our products to their full potential.

About The Role  
As a Project Manager, your focus is to help our customers in their use of Stratsys cloud-based platform with associated products. You will primarily work towards the public sector and healthcare/schools. Some projects might also be towards the private sector where you meet customers in all industries.

Our customers are mainly larger organizations where your contact areas span between people at the management and operational level. The projects often aim to implement and onboard new customers in one of our products or to support existing customers who have made a change or are to implement a new product. Your responsibilities include providing consultation, strategic advice, product customization, and training to our customers.

Among your key responsibilities are:

• Run and take ownership of product onboarding projects for our customers in collaboration with your colleagues
• Lead and motivate the customers project team through the implementation
• Independently conduct product training for customers, both digitally and physically
• Implement configurations based on customer needs, which means adjustments to the user interface in the product
• Consult the customer on how the products best fit with their processes and how to get full value out of the products
• Capture and follow up on the customer's further needs within our product offering to contribute to additional sales with our customers
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Success and Product Sales to ensure the best possible results for the customers
• Provide smaller consulting services for customers, supporting them in continuous improvements and process optimization

YOUR BACKGROUND

• A university degree in Business Administration, Systems Science, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in Swedish and strong proficiency in English.
• Previous experience from the public sector — preferably within a municipality or region.
• Experience from both relationship-oriented and strategic/operational roles, such as Business Developer, Quality Developer, Strategist within Education, or Project Manager in municipal development.
• Proven experience working with digital systems and a strong interest in driving your work through digital tools and platforms.

• It's a bonus if you have worked in a similar role at a SaaS company
• It's also a bonus if you worked in or towards the school or healthcare sector
