About The Role
As a Product Manager at Xensam, you will take ownership of the delivery and evolution of our agent and connector products. You'll play a crucial role in driving execution, ensuring roadmap delivery, and creating alignment between product, engineering, and business teams.

You are both strategic and hands-on, balancing long-term product direction with daily execution. Your focus is on translating customer and business needs into actionable plans, ensuring quality releases, and continuously improving how we work as the team and your role evolves.

Responsibilities
You will lead the delivery and development of our agent and connector products- driving quality, structure, and efficiency across teams. You will play a key role in transforming business and customer needs into actionable plans while ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, QA, and operations.

Other Responsibilities That You Will Have

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, defining clear motivation and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure roadmap delivery on time and to quality, managing dependencies and cross-team coordination.
• Drive team priorities and workflow, maintaining execution efficiency and visibility in tooling.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle- from ideation and definition to release validation and post-deployment quality.
• Collaborate with QA and Support to triage issues and balance roadmap progress, technical debt, and bug fixes.
• Gather and integrate customer and business feedback into actionable roadmap decisions.
• Partner with leadership to define and refine the roadmap for your sub-products.
• Validate delivered features to ensure alignment with product goals and user expectations.
• Contribute to cross-product collaboration, ensuring alignment with the broader platform architecture and vision.
• Act as a key bridge between business, engineering, and operations to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Help define future ways of working across product and engineering teams.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and organizational scaling as Xensam continues to grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with proven success in B2B SaaS. Experience within SAM/ITAM is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and end-to-end product ownership.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery predictability.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
