Rollen

I den här rollen kommer du att driva några av Atlas Copcos viktigaste värden: kundnöjdhet, kvalitet och produktivitet.

Du kommer att vara en del av ett serviceteam som brinner för att hjälpa våra kunder att få ut maximalt värde från sin investering i våra verktyg, genom service och teknisk expertis kring produkterna. Kunderna är industriella företag inom olika segment, t.ex. fordonsindustrin.

Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter kommer att vara:

•    På plats hos kund utföra installationer av vår utrustning inom projekt

•    På plats hos kund utföra förebyggande underhåll, kalibrering, optimering och programmering av våra produkter 

•    Upprätthålla effektiva och tydliga arbetsprocesser kring service- och projektteam

•    Skapa och följa upp kvalitetsfall

•    Vara ett stöd för kundtjänst och försäljare när det gäller service och teknisk produktkompetens

Ort: Du har ditt hemmakontor i Göteborg. Arbetet kommer till stor del utföras hos kund och innebär en del resor med övernattning.

Du kommer att erbjudas tillgång till en bil och rapportera till Servicechef Väst.

Din profil

Du är en person som motiveras av nöjda kunder och finner teknik spännande. Du är initiativrik och har ett lösningsorienterat tillvägagångssätt. Du ger inte upp förrän våra kunder är helt nöjda.

Eftersom rollen innebär mycket kundkontakt, är det viktigt att du trivs med att arbeta självständigt. Du tar övergripande ansvar för dina uppgifter, strukturerar din dag effektivt och är flexibel när situationen kräver det.

Dessutom har du:

•    Erfarenhet av att arbeta som servicetekniker eller motsvarande

•    Svenska och engelska på en nivå som du kan använda dig av i arbetet

•    Körkort för bil (B)

•    Utbildning inom elektronik, elektricitet eller industriell mekanik, alternativt är utbildad inom IT och programvara eller har motsvarande erfarenhet. Rätt attityd och mentalitet är viktigare än specifik utbildning

Om du har något av följande, ses det som en bonus: PLC-programmering, grundläggande nätverkskunskap, tryckluftsverktyg, djupgående datorkunskap, mekatronikkompetens eller tidigare erfarenhet av våra produkter.
