Are you a hands-on leader with experience in managing production teams and ensuring smooth operations? We are looking for a Production Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Malmö. In this role, you will take full responsibility for production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflows and strict adherence to production plans.
  • Lead the production team of 35 FTE, foster engagement and clear goals.
  • Drive improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, and safety standards.
  • Foster effective collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain and Quality to ensure streamlined and efficient operational processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in production or manufacturing, preferably within FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Demonstrated success in operational improvements and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust within diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Business Central) and Lean/continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
  • Proactive, structured approach and willingness to work close to operations.
