We're now looking for a Product Developer SW to strengthen our Aptus development team. Aptus is a leading access control, booking, and entry phone system widely used across Scandinavia, and you'll play a key role in ensuring its continued growth and success.

What you will do as our Product Developer SW

As our Product Developer SW, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, implement, and maintain software solutions that support our Aptus portfolio. You'll contribute to both new features of development and the improvement of existing products, ensuring quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

You would also:

• Propose, design, and implement innovative software solutions as part of our development projects.
• Enhance existing software by identifying and implementing effective improvements.
• Contribute to product customizations and support in resolving reported issues.
• Participate in requirement analysis and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with product managers, testers, and hardware/firmware team.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of C#.NET (experience with C++ is a plus).
• Proficiency in Git and modern development workflows.
• A strong command of written and spoken English (Swedish is a plus).

The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, enjoys working independently as well as in a team, and thrives in solving challenges with a proactive mindset.
