Vi söker nu en driven och innovativ projekt-/avtalsledare inom underhåll till vår verksamhet i Gällivare. Målet med tjänsten är att utveckla ett effektivt underhåll i absolut världsklass – med fokus på teknik, samarbete och framtidens lösningar.

Om rollen
Som projekt-/avtalsledare kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att forma och driva underhållsarbete i några av Sveriges mest avancerade industrimiljöer.

Du kommer att:

  • Leda multidisciplinära team i komplexa underhållsaktiviteter inom kundens processanläggningar.
  • Planera och genomföra avancerade och tidskritiska insatser med hög precision.
  • Arbeta nära både interna och externa parter – ofta direkt i kundens organisation.
  • Ställa tydliga krav samtidigt som du bygger starka och hållbara samarbeten.
  • Driva utveckling av digitala lösningar och effektivisering av processer, exempelvis enligt Lean-principer.
  • Utforska och implementera nya tekniska innovationer som stärker vår konkurrenskraft.

Kvalifikationer för rollen

  • Erfarenhet från gruvindustrin och förståelse för dess utmaningar och möjligheter.
  • Dokumenterad vana att leda projekt med flera discipliner och intressenter.
  • Stark samarbetsförmåga och förmåga att navigera i komplexa organisationer.
  • Ett genuint intresse för teknik, innovation och digitalisering.
  • Förmåga att tänka strategiskt och samtidigt agera operativt i vardagen.
