The role
As
Commercial Product Manager for IoT Suite
, you will drive the
commercial success
of selected IoT Suite offerings across AddSecure markets. You will shape how we package, position and take the offering to market — and ensure it performs commercially over time.
You will be accountable for outcomes such as
adoption, revenue growth, margin, retention and market expansion
, working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and R&D.
You will:
- Identify and prioritise the most attractive segments, industries and markets for growth.
- Define and evolve value propositions, packaging and commercial offers (including pricing input/guardrails where applicable).
- Lead go-to-market together with Sales and Marketing: launch planning, messaging, enablement, and roll-out execution.
- Drive the commercial roadmap from concept to commercialisation, aligning customer needs with business goals and product development.
- Manage the commercial lifecycle (introduction → growth → optimisation → phase-out), ensuring profitability and customer value.
- Build business cases, support key sales opportunities, and equip teams with strong commercial arguments.
- Maintain close dialogue with key customers and partners to capture feedback and inform decisions.
- Travel across Europe as needed to support roll-outs, stakeholders and customers.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering/Computer Science, or similar, or equivalent experience. A Master's is a plus.
- Several years' experience in product management , commercial product ownership, product marketing, or GTM roles in IoT, connectivity/telecom, SaaS or B2B technology.
- Proven track record of driving launches and growth: turning insight into clear offers and measurable results.
- Comfortable with commercial metrics (revenue, margin, funnel, adoption, churn/retention) and making data-backed decisions.
- Able to understand technical solutions well enough to work effectively with R&D — and translate complexity into clear customer value.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; you enjoy working cross-functionally and across countries.
- Fluent in English and Swedish; another European language is a plus.
