Technical Writer Specialist – Diagnostic Service Content

We're looking for a
Technical Writer Specialist
to join our team and help create high-quality diagnostic service content that enables workshops to
troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair vehicles quickly and accurately
. In this role, you'll produce clear, structured, and standardized technical material fully integrated into our diagnostic tools.

What You'll Do

  • Develop diagnostic-related service information, including:
  • Fault code descriptions
  • Step-by-step troubleshooting and calibration guides
  • Component and function descriptions
  • UI texts and technical illustrations
  • Ensure all content is clear, consistent, and aligned with our diagnostic workflows.
  • Work closely with internal teams and tools such as
    OAS, Catalyst, diagnostic/production platforms, and GitLab
    .
  • Contribute to improving content quality, structure, and usability across platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Education or work experience in
    Technical Communication, Technical Writing, IT, or similar fields
    .
  • Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in vehicles.
  • Experience or understanding of
    AI tools and methods in technical writing
    (meriting).
  • Skills in
    UX writing or front-end development
    (meriting).
  • Mandatory proficiency in Swedish
    – strong reading, writing, and speaking skills are required.

Eligibility Requirement

  • The consultant must already reside in Sweden with a valid work permit and visa.
