We do this by developing global and certified IT-solutions to allow our global production and aftermarket solutions to deliver quality. The ultimate target is to deliver software fast, safe and secure on the various brands products and services. We are working on the edge of business and technology, working cross-functional and cross-brand to enable the development, operations and support of the embedded engineering processes and tools. Your drivers will be to realize, enable, maintain and evolve the Embedded engineering processes and tools.

About The Role
As Product Owner, you will lead a small team of architects, technical writers and specialists to support, develop and maintain the embedded engineering processes and tools. You will work closely with stakeholders and your team to ensure digital, accurate, and up-to-date solutions to our global and varied stakeholders. We work very agile and continuously restructure teams based of competence, stakeholder and product need. You will not only be responsible for the development of your Product, but also for the compliance, operability and global delivery to our brands. It is vital to see the big picture, but also the challenge in sorting out the details,

Your main responsibilities include:

• Prioritizing the backlog, coordinating solution work, and defining the roadmaps.
• breakdown EPIs and Initiatives and supporting our user organizations.
• Balancing, pushing and driving internal needs to PM, VCF and other VCT's.
• Collaborating with stakeholders on both strategic and operational topics

What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is a self-driven leader, proactive and solution oriented. You should enjoy close contact with users, quickly understand business needs, and be motivated to drive improvements and get your hands dirty in your team and VCT yourself.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in product ownership, with relevant higher education and some technical background
• Ability to become natural leader in a multi-cultural global environment.
• Experience with or a good understanding of solution and process development and able to see where your product delivers its value for TRATON and the brands.
• Experience from TRATON, Scania or any of our TRATON brands, preferably from the Embedded side.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to build confidence in yourself and your team and stand for your deliveries and principles
