Product Owner – plattformar inom inköp och diagnostik

Vi söker en erfaren Product Owner för ett tidsbegränsat uppdrag där du ansvarar för två centrala plattformar inom inköp och diagnostik. Uppdraget handlar om att säkra kontinuitet, driva befintlig roadmap och säkerställa att planerade funktioner, förbättringar och releaser levereras enligt förväntan. Du blir en nyckelperson mellan verksamhet, utvecklingsteam och andra intressenter.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Äga och förvalta produktbacklog för två plattformar inom inköp och diagnostik

  • Förädla krav och omvandla dem till tydliga user stories för utvecklingsteam

  • Följa upp och styra genomförandet av planerade releaser, förbättringar och nya funktioner

  • Vara primär kontaktpunkt för plattformarna gentemot verksamhet, marknader och närliggande produktområden

  • Koordinera och stödja pågående transition mellan plattformarna, inklusive test, utrullning och hantering av identifierade fel

  • Följa upp driftsstabilitet och prestanda samt initiera åtgärder vid incidenter eller brister

  • Samverka nära med utvecklare, support och drift för att säkerställa stabil leverans

  • Säkerställa att interna styrnings- och compliancekrav uppfylls, inklusive dokumentation, cybersäkerhet och datapolicys

Krav

  • Flera års erfarenhet som Product Owner, Product Manager eller koordinator inom digital produktutveckling

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en komplex teknisk miljö med flera intressenter

  • Van vid att driva leveranser inom en redan etablerad strategi och roadmap

  • Mycket god förmåga att strukturera, prioritera och följa upp arbete i tvärfunktionella team

  • God kommunikativ förmåga, både muntligt och skriftligt, och vana att hantera många intressenter parallellt

  • Stark analytisk förmåga, god problemlösningsförmåga och tydligt användar- och verksamhetsfokus

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av diagnostiklösningar, fordonsdata, verkstadssystem eller connected services

  • Erfarenhet från större industriföretag eller globala organisationer

  • Erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt Scrum, Kanban)

  • Erfarenhet av att leda arbete kring releaseplanering och förändringshantering

  • Erfarenhet av arbete med informationssäkerhet, cybersäkerhet eller efterlevnad av datapolicys
