About The Role
Do you thrive at the intersection of technology, safety, and innovation?

We're looking for a technically skilled Product Specialist with an engineering background and a passion for product development to support in innovation of our Gas Detection portfolio.

In this role, you'll be deeply involved in hardware development, ensuring that our detection systems meet the highest standards of reliability and innovation. You will work closely with senior engineers and hardware developers, acting as the key link between R&D, product specification, and customer needs.

You don't need prior experience with gas detection—but it is meritorious. What matters most is your technical expertise, curiosity, and drive.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Develop the gas detection portfolio, including hardware, software, and system integrations.
  • Act as the bridge between engineering, product specification, and business teams.
  • Ensure clear, structured, and accurate technical documentation.
  • Work closely with R&D, sales, service, and operations to define product specifications and priorities.
  • Anticipate customer needs, analyze market trends, and stay ahead of regulatory standards.
  • Conduct workshops, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support sales and service teams with insights, manuals, and training materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to long-term platform development.

What You Bring
We believe you will thrive in this role if you have:

  • A degree in Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Electronics, or similar).
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, product development, or hardware/software engineering.
  • A curious, technical mindset and eagerness to grow in safety technology.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to combine business acumen with technical expertise, always focusing on customer value.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Swedish is a plus).
