Are you an experienced finance professional passionate about SME lending and secured financing solutions?

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Senior Loan Officer – Secured Lending to join our Stockholm-based team and expand CapitalBox's secured lending portfolio. In this role, you'll identify high-potential clients, structure tailored financing solutions, and drive portfolio growth in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will play a key role in shaping our secured lending offering, ensuring a balance between business development and prudent risk management.

Your Focus

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and onboard SMEs seeking secured lending solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and execute acquisition strategies for market expansion. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create competitive secured financing solutions aligned with local market conditions.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee deal structuring, risk assessment, and credit quality. Maintain a proactive approach to portfolio performance and health.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on market and industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven insights for product innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, risk, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Your Background

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SME lending, leveraged financing, or debt structuring, particularly within secured lending.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-centric approach.
