The Opportunity

As our
Senior AI Engineer

, you'll play a foundational role in
building and scaling our production AI systems

. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our AI systems, from development and fine-tuning of conversational models to robust deployment and monitoring, ensuring our AI-powered coaching and autonomous agents deliver real-time, high-quality interactions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade, agentic systems, focusing on our autonomous agents and coaching engine.
• Collaborate with ML Researchers and Data Scientists to translate research prototypes into robust, production-ready AI features.
• Optimize the performance, latency, and cost-efficiency of real-time conversational AI agents in a production environment.
• Conduct code reviews, design documentation, and contribute to the overall software architecture of the AI systems.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience as a
  Senior AI/ML Engineer

with extensive background in
building and deploying production-grade AI systems

from ideation to launch.
- Strong software engineering skills (Python) and experience with large-scale system design and API development.
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs), conversational AI, and agent-based systems.
- Expertise in
MLOps, continuous delivery, and monitoring

in a production environment, with an interest in GenAIOps.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex technical results to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and customer-centricity with passion for deeply understanding user needs and finding solutions from first principles.

Bonus Points:

• Background in conversation analytics, communication data, or natural language or audio processing.
• Startup or founding experience, especially building AI/ML engineering capabilities from zero to scale.
• Familiarity with data wrangling and building ETL pipelines is a strong plus, though not a core requirement.
