Operations Business Developer

Are you passionate about turning operational insights into real impact? We're looking for an Operations Business Developer to join our Swedish Operations team — working closely with the Operations Director Sweden to identify opportunities, drive analyses, and lead change initiatives across the Swedish Market.

You'll play a key role in shaping how Instabee operates: understanding what drives our performance, pinpointing where we can improve, and making sure we act fast and smart to deliver an even better experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Operations Director Sweden to analyze and drive improvements across terminals, first & middle mile and last mile distribution and customer support.
• Take ownership of deep-dive analyses into performance, cost, and quality driving actionable insights and ensure implementation.
• Lead or support key operational improvement projects — from process optimization to cost or quality optimization to customer experience enhancements.
• Work cross-functionally with site managers, central operations, and product teams to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively and deliver measurable results.
• Work with our controlling team with defining our operational reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure we have the right data to take the right decisions.
• Identify and proactively address bottlenecks — you'll help the team focus on what matters most and make sure insights lead to change.

Who You Are

• You have 3–5 years of experience from management consulting or a similar analytical and project-driven role, ideally with exposure to operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• You're a problem-solver at heart — structured, curious, and action-oriented.
• You are analytical, comfortable working with data and at the same time pragmatic to know where to deep dive and where to not.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and influence decision-making at different levels of the organization.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where priorities shift, and your work creates visible results.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, experience with BI tools (e.g, Tableau, Power BI) and SQL is a plus.
• Bonus points if you've worked with logistics, last-mile delivery, or operational excellence before.
